At EpicureanAuto.com, we outline the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for purchases made on our website.

60-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We understand that not every order is perfect. That’s why all orders placed through our website are covered by a 60-day worry-free return policy. If you have concerns about your purchase, we’re here to help. We stand behind the accuracy of our product compatibility and descriptions and will cover return shipping costs for eligible cases (see restrictions below).

While we strive to deliver premium-quality products, we recognize that returns or refunds may occasionally be necessary. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process

Step 1:
Email your Order ID or RMA number along with clear product photos to info@epicureanauto.com. Include a detailed explanation for your return or refund request. We will respond within 12–36 business hours to confirm eligibility.
Note: All returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will be rejected.

Step 2:
If approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided in our email.
Important Notes:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all freight returns.
  • Damaged packaging: $10 repackaging fee.
  • Severely damaged/non-functional items: Up to $60 repackaging fee.

Step 3:
For returns due to personal preference (non-defective items, minor cosmetic wear excluded), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment. EpicureanAuto is not liable for refunds if the return is lost or damaged in transit.

1.Free Return Eligibility

To qualify for free return shipping:
1.1 Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, or defective, in original packaging with all tags and documentation.
1.2 All parts, accessories, and installation hardware must be included.
1.3 Returns with visible signs of installation (e.g., scratches, marks) are not accepted.
Applies only to free returns.

2.Returns & Refunds

2.1 Eligible returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery. Include your RMA number, Order ID, receipt, and photos. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not resold.
2.2 Returns are inspected within 1–3 business days of receipt. Approval/denial notifications are sent via email the same day.
2.3 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–15 business days.

4.1 Unshipped orders (in production): 25% restocking fee. Refunds processed within 7 business days.
4.2 Shipped orders: 35% restocking fee + original and return shipping costs. Fees vary by carrier.
Note: EpicureanAuto is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by carriers. For missing packages, provide evidence (e.g., security footage) and contact the carrier directly.

5.1 If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card issuer (processing times vary).
  • Follow up with your bank.
