To ensure timely and secure delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide and partner with industry-leading carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, and truck freight (for bulk orders). This allows us to speed up our shipping delivery times.
1. Processing Time
Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for tracking updates, as minor delays may occur with local carriers. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
2. Delivery Time
2.1: Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered address.
2.2: Most orders arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days after shipment.
3. Order Tracking
3.1: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from info@epicureanauto.com containing your shipping service and tracking number.
3.2: Alternatively, track your order by visiting the SUPPORT > Track Your Order section in the header menu of our website. Enter your Order ID and email address to view real-time updates.
4. Address Changes
4.1: Address changes are free of charge if requested before we provide your tracking number.Excessive/repetitive requests may incur $25 administrative fee.
4.2: Address changes cannot be accommodated after the tracking number has been issued.
5. Order Cancellations
5.1: To cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund with no additional fees.
5.2: Once the product has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

6.2: We currently only ship within the United States
